Gucci offers an ephemeral fresco in New York
Gucci, which will organize its very first mixed parade in Milan on 22 February, wanted to pay tribute to New York at the Women’s Fashion Week. The luxurious Italian house of the Kering Group has painted, in the heart of SoHo, a gigantic fresco on a wall of 230 square meters.
The work was realized in six days, in collaboration with the specialist of the mural Colossal Media, by Jayde Fish, illustrator based in San Francisco, spotted by Alessandro Michele on Instagram.
Inaugurated on February 6, at the opening of New York Fashion Week on Lafayette Street, between Prince Street and Spring Street, the fresco will remain visible until the end of March.
